Book the free thirty-minute consultation. It costs nothing, there is nothing to commit to, and you will leave knowing what to do and in what order. If you would rather just get started, the Hydro Facial Signature suits almost everybody and is the most common first appointment.

How does booking work?

Every treatment on this site links straight into our Square booking system, which shows real live availability. Pick a treatment here, choose your time there, and you will get a confirmation by email and text from Square. There is no separate calendar and no waiting for us to reply.

Why do some prices say “at consultation”?

Accepted Answer

Because the honest number depends on you. Laser is priced by area and by how much ground there is to cover. Permanent makeup depends on what is already there. Tattoo removal depends on size and ink. Rather than quote a low number and revise it in the room, we quote it once we have looked.

Question 4

Is laser hair removal safe on darker skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes — with the right laser. We use an Aerolase, whose wavelength and pulse duration make it safe across the full range of skin tones, including deeper complexions that older diode and IPL machines cannot treat safely. If you have been turned away elsewhere or had a bad experience with burning or pigment change, please say so at consultation.

How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?

Typically six to eight, spaced four to six weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles and laser only affects follicles in their active phase, which is why a single session never finishes the job. Packages work out considerably cheaper than booking singles — ask at consultation.

Do I need a patch test?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for tinting, lash lifts, and all permanent makeup. Patch tests are free, take five minutes, and need to happen at least 24 hours before the appointment — 48 for permanent makeup. We can usually do it while you are in for something else.

Question 7

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside that window, the appointment time has usually gone unfilled, so a fee may apply. Permanent makeup and Cosmelan bookings hold a longer slot and are treated more strictly — that will be explained at consultation.

Can I have treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Accepted Answer

Several, yes, and several no. Facials, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage and waxing are all fine. We avoid microneedling, chemical peels, Cosmelan, laser and permanent makeup during pregnancy. Tell us when you book and we will steer you to what is safe.

How long does permanent makeup take to heal?

Brows and lips both go through a full cycle over four to six weeks — darker and sharper for the first week, a flaking phase, then a stretch where colour looks too light before it resurfaces. That is why the top-up is booked at six to eight weeks, and why we build conservatively the first time.

136 Waterlily Cove in Chestermere, about twenty minutes east of downtown Calgary. It is a private studio, by appointment only, with free parking on the street outside. Full directions come with your Square confirmation.
